Have you filled out all the forms?

This year instead of sending forms home to be signed, we have posted them on School Cash Online so they can be signed electronically.  Simply log into your School Cash Online account and select the forms that need to be signed.

You should sign the following:

1. Concussion Awareness Procedure (this must be done for your child to participate in any sport / extra curricular activities at the school)
2. Notice of Collection & use of Personal information (through out the school year teachers/administration may post pictures of our students on Twitter and Brightspace.  Without this signed form, we are NOT allowed to post their picture)
3. Technology Use Agreement
4. Stem Contract
